Angler Construction Offers Clients Three Basic Contract Types

Design/Build Projects

Angler Construction is skilled in working with clients who have a construction project in mind, but don’t know where to get started. Allow us to assemble our experienced team of architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors to solve your construction needs. Angler Construction will be your single point of contact throughout the entire project while delivering a project that exceeds your expectations.

Stipulated Sum

In this scenario, the architect and/or engineers are hired by the owners, and Angler Construction provides a stipulated sum bid based on the plans and other specifications provided. This is the preferred contracting method when future variables exist within in a project.

Cost Plus Fee

This contract type provides that the owner and contractor agree to a fee or general conditions percentage prior to the completed of an established construction budget. This allows the owner to review subcontractor proposals individually. The owner and contractor then work together to evaluate the subcontractors for price, experience, and capabilities.
