Angler Construction is one of Houston’s premier tilt wall commercial contractors. In 2012 alone, Angler constructed almost 1 million square feet of institutional quality tilt wall facilities. Our team has over 75 years experience in new construction, and while construction is an ever changing process, the ability to call on this experience when roadblocks arise is a valuable benefit to owners, architects and subcontractors alike. It is this vast experience which allows us to keep projects on time and on budget.
Among the numerous and complex projects Angler has succesfully completed, Technology Centers, Medical and Laboratory facilities have presented unique challenges and allowed our skilled and experienced project managers and subcontractors to showcase their abilities. We understand the difficulties that arise with the coordination of specialty subcontractors. Commercial Interiors Build Out, Remodel and Upgrade
Angler Construction specializes in commercial interior buildouts in office, retail, medical and industrial projects. Ranging from small remodel projects to Class A office build outs, Angler Construction has vast experience working with property managers, leasing agents and end-users to handle their interior construction project requirements. Our project managers will work hand-in-hand with the client to deliver their industrial, office, medical or retail project on-time and on budget. It’s our goal to allow our clients to focus on their core business of property management, leasing space or running a business, without the added responsibility of managing construction projects.
While new construction projects are at the core of our experience, Angler Construction will also provide remodel and upgrade services for the interior and exterior of facilities to increase the value of an existing asset. For shopping centers, office buildings, metal building and other properties that look and feel outdated, our project managers work with owners to provide detailed cost estimates for upgrading interior and exteriors. Then the team works together to determine the best construction task for the most value to improve the image of the facility. Our construction supervisors and project managers also understand the difficulties of working in occupied facilities and work to minimize our construction impact.
