Torrey Hawkins is President and Founder of Angler Construction. Torrey graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He established Angler in 2010 and has since led its remarkable growth journey. Under his leadership, Angler has flourished into a team of over 45 members and achieving corporate growth from $2 million to an impressive $155 million in just 13 years. Torrey’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic awareness have been instrumental in Angler's success, solidifying its reputation as a leading player in the construction industry.

Devin Valenta is a dynamic construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University. Over the past eight years Devin has built nearly 3.7M SF of tiltwall buildings. Along with his construction experience, he fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation. As VP of Construction Devin oversees all of Angler's construction efforts and leads our project management & field teams.

With an impressive 35 years of industry experience, Fred Rose has become a leader within Angler Construction. Fred joined Angler in 2017 as a Project Manager and worked his way to the role of Director of Corporate Interiors Construction. In this capacity, he not only oversees the Corporate Interiors Division but also leads the Angler Interior Systems Team, exemplifying his leadership and profound impact on the company's interior construction projects.

Adam Hissong holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from Pittsburg State University. With a solid foundation in educational construction and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects, Adam’s professional journey with Angler began in 2018 when he joined as an Assistant Project Manager. Demonstrating exceptional skills and dedication, he quickly climbed the ranks, earning promotion to Director of Vertical Construction. Over his tenure at Angler, Adam has built 10 banking facilities and 2M SF of tiltwall buildings. As Director, he spearheads construction efforts of our Vertical Division and continues to deliver top tier results for our clients.

Will English joined Angler Construction in 2024. Over the past two years he has established himself as a forward thinker and strong leader for our Vertical Construction Team. He received his B.S. in Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) and has built an impressive resume of over a decade of experience & knowledge in the construction industry.

Kevin Black graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Construction Management, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong foundation to the construction industry. Having gained valuable insights through internships in both residential construction and wastewater facilities construction, Kevin joined Angler in 2023 as an Assistant Project Manager and is now the newest member of the Angler Vertical Construction Team.

Daniela Parra initially joined Angler as a receptionist, where her exceptional skills propelled her to the role of Project Coordinator, making her the newest member of Angler's Vertical Construction Division team. Her ability to seamlessly integrate into the Vertical Construction Division and her contribution to Angler's diverse projects has been valuable to the Angler team.

Carlos Gonzalez earned his Associate of Applied Science in Automotive Technology from San Jacinto College, where he also took a number of Real Estate Development courses. Carlos’ journey in the construction industry began with a focus on residential development, where he cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of project management. Joining Angler in 2019 as a Superintendent, Carlos' worth ethic quickly led to his promotion to Project Manager within the Corporate Interiors Division.

Martin Torres has over 20 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry. Joining Angler in 2020 as a Superintendent, his exceptional skills and leadership qualities earned him a promotion to Project Manager for Angler Interior Systems (AIS).

Jill Castillo has an impressive 13 years of experience as an Industrial Project Coordinator. Her extensive expertise has equipped her with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in coordinating large-scale corporate interior projects.
