Angler has broken ground at Gateway 1960, PORTMAN first industrial development in Houston !

Gateway 1960 will consist of three buildings, totaling 714K SF designed to meet the evolving needs of modern logistics and distribution.

Our team is busy on site forming pads and will start drilling piers & pouring slab soon ! Stay tuned for more site pictures and a recap of our official Groundbreaking Ceremony !
